| It’s very easy. You can use pretty much anything for a marinade (Asian sauces or flavorings are good) or even just salt & pepper. |
| Yup, we use a smoker though. We do Asian (soy sauce,wine,sugar), bbq but the favorite is just plain brown sugar - so good. |
