Ideas/-Quick lunch option on the 26th?

| We just found out we will be having some family stopping by for a quick Christmas visit on the 26th. I was planning on having something on hand to offer for a quick lunch, possibly heating up the leftover ham from the 25th along with rolls to make sandwiches, but I’m not sure what sides would best compliment this. Trying to keep it casual but want it to be nice. What would you serve in this instance? |

A simple salad Deviled eggs potato dish -- scalloped, salad, or even chips veggie quiche, for a non-meat option roasted vegetable a tomato soup, if that doesn't create a logistical nightmare for you pie or cookies |
