Festive spot for Christmas Eve dinner?

We have family coming in town, and thought it would be nice to have dinner out on the 24th, since we'll do a big thing at home on the 25th. Anybody have any good recs for places that are open and have good food? We're in Northern Virginia, and would ideally stay close-ish. But DC is ok too...
