| Any suggestions on a bar or restaurant that will show the men's soccer final tomorrow with volume [and is not a Huskies to Clemson bar]. Appropriate for a couple 14 year olds preferred. |
Did they lower the drinking age or something? |
Lol. Classic DCUM answer. |
Any sports bar with multiple TVs. Just tell them the channel you want and they'll put it on. Won't get volume unless you go somewhere they have table speakers - like Glory Days or Green turtle |
| This made me google to see if Summers in Arlington was still open. Sadly, closed in 2020. Op, I think your best bet is a Mexican restaurant with TVs. They will honor your request to watch. Or you can come to our house! |
Is this a serious post? |
Yes. Have never been to a Mexican restaurant (or a Salvadoran, Peruvian, or Greek one) with TVs that would not honor a soccer request for whatever random game we wanted to watch. |
| You are going to run into NFL preference at pretty much every sportsbar. |
You can't be serious - anyways - are we still invited over? |
| Crystal City Sports Pub |
| Business closed in 2020? |
They will NFL volume on |
| Lucky Bar in DC |
Summers is more than closed. Currently, There’s a massive hole in the ground where it used to be. |
Did you check the hours? Maybe they are just opening late with covid? |
