How many miles of running are you on track for this year?

I’ll probably end up with a little over 1500.

Miles? I hate running but run a half mile warm up and another half mile fast run mid workout. So maybe 5 miles per week?

I’m surprised you haven’t had at least 3 knee replacements on both sides this year. Didn’t you know running is going to kill you and debilitate you? At least that’s the prevailing wisdom here.

1500 is a lot. I’m probably at somewhere between 450-500.

Plus one.

I’ve never really counted. When I’m not training for a marathon, I average about 20-25 miles a week.

No, but I’m not white and I use sunscreen and Retin-A. I’m in my 50’s and don’t have many wrinkles at all.

About 800-900. More if I get into a marathon I put in the lottery for.

I’ve decreased my mileage in the last few years to focus more on strength, particularly upper body.

It’s as if people don’t believe in science or understand biology. This board really is a meme sometimes.
