Do all APS grades have Cogat the same week?

Or does it differ by school and grade. My 2nd grader has it this week, but I am wondering in future years when I have 2 kids at the same elementary if they will be the same week.

We have a family wedding next year around this time and I don’t want my kids to miss school if it’s Cogat week. This is our first round of this in 2nd grade and the families we walk to school with all have kids 2nd grade or younger.

They only take cogat once, unless something has changed very recently.

Oh good! Maybe I am getting it confused with another test that was optional for 1st grade if fully remote and we chose not to do.

1st graders take the NNAT, maybe that's it? They're taking it next week at our school.

All the assessments are given during a specified window of days or weeks. Typically they do not do multiple grade levels on the same day because of the staffing needed for students who have small group or 1:1 accommodations. And there is usually a make up day for students who miss the first test administration. I wouldn’t worry about this. They can also take the assessment the following year and you can still put them up for consideration for gifted identification without the test scores too.
