A lot of comments on DailyMail are people saying it is selfish of her to name all her kids Spanish first and middle names, instead of Irish Catholic names like Alec's side of the family.

It's like oh man, these people don't know the HALF of it.

It’s interesting they don’t have a second home there. And since Alec was supposed to leave the US in 2016 when Trump one, why didn’t they move to his wife’s home country? Surely she has citizenship so she could have set them up in a lovely little life.

OK, it is not a lie in the sense that her parents do actually live in Spain. And who knows, maybe they all do actually speak to the kids in Spanish? But her parents are not from Spain, they are Americans who raised their kids in Boston. In that quote, she was obviously trying to give readers the impression that her *Spanish* parents came from Spain and therefore spoke to the kids in Spanish.

Spain is not her home country for the LOVE OF GOD. I don't think Alec has ever been to Spain. We have no proof that SHE has even been to Spain.
Her parent's didn't retire there until the year Alec and Hillary got married. There was an interview where he talked about wanting to go, but there was nothing on Hillary's instagram that showed them in Spain. If anybody can produce a photo of Alec in Spain I will shut up. Hell, even a photo of Alec with her parents.

They have 6 kids. You are acting like it's not an 18 hour flight to get from New York to Spain. And nobody in this family is Spanish, that's why they don't have a "2nd home" there. There is no work for Alec in Spain, he's got a crap ton of kids to support now. His net worth is $65 million. That is not private jet and mega yacht rich. Why would they move to Spain? Alec doesn't speak Spanish, her parents have only lived there for a few years, other than that she has NO relatives there. I'm not convinced that Hillary can speak Spanish either.

My niece is in Morocco right now on a gap year before college. Technically, I could say "My family is in Morocco" and that would not be a lie.
