Aside from the old wives tales, looking for suggestions on breakfast/lunch/dinner. Quick meal ideas would be appreciated as I am going into the office and don't have much time at home.

| Like PPs, I ate the same thing I always ate. I went to my transfer straight from work and then WFH the rest of the day on my couch. |
