Starbucks people - what am I doing wrong? I want an iced shaken espresso with heavy cream

Every time I order it seems they either put 2% or the sticker reads 1/2 cream. How do I just get the heavy cream only in the iced shaken espresso? What am I supposed to ask for exactly?

That sounds delicious. Maybe order it in two parts? Like “Hi, I’d like an iced shaken espresso.” (Let the cashier process for a beat.) Then “Can I have heavy cream in that please? Not half and half?”
I always order in two parts and then confirm the most important part. |

| Ask for liquid whip or heavy whipping cream. Most people will ask for heavy cream but mean half and half. The barista should clarify, but they’re human too. |
