My child did did a great job on a written non-fiction story first quarter, the teacher sent it home with a good grade. Should I include it in the referral packet because the teacher doesn't have it anymore? Or do you think she's going to ask me for it and we will end up duplicating? If teachers don't hold onto things, how do they have work samples?
Thanks! |
The AART puts together the packet and sees the work samples you submit as well as what the teacher puts in. It won't get doubled. |
The teacher will not ask you to return something that she already sent home. It would be unreasonable for the teacher to think you kept it.
The school either has already snagged the samples that they want to use, or they'll do so in January. |
