| I use to buy Mark Millers salmon glaze years ago. It was the best thing for salmon in the oven. It was a thick syrupy style glaze made with hot peppers and honey. Does anyone have a recipe similar or a product I can buy that is close? |

You can buy red chile honey online or try making your own. Mark Miller has a recipe in his Coyote Cafe book that calls for using this to baste salmon while roasting.
