My daughter has played on coed house/rec teams for a couple years and is thinking she might like to go all girls next year. We are new to MD this year and don’t know enough about the local teams. Realistically we can drive to Rockville, Laurel, Columbia for practice which gives us several team options. Looking for general info from current families with girls in the MoCo, Howard, TriCity programs about their clubs, esp. girls development/teams. Are all the area girls teams travel teams? Or are there house/Rec level girls teams? TIA!

Tri-City Eagles for girls only travel hockey. We live in MoCo, DS plays travel for Montgomery but DD will play for Tri-City.

If you're not going to do travel hockey, go with what's closest to where you live.
