We’re driving here there everywhere for activities, plus doing “real” homework for 2/3 kids now - so the evenings are a mess. Anyone have any great recipes for the crock pot that I can switch on before I leave in the am?

Jambalaya. This is the recipe I use. I don't put in the Cajun seasoning. Also, I will often cut up the veggies the night before, then dump it into the crockpot in the morning.
