New mom-to-be and looking for infant day care in Arlington - any recommendations?

We live close to Ballston/Clarendon area and would need infant day care for our baby due in November. Understand from many moms that the waiting list for infants is crazy...up to a year or more...so we're doing our best to scout out all options ASAP. Would also be open to nanny-share arrangements, if anyone has tips on how best to navigate that arena. As you can see, we're just a little clueless (!), but hope to smarten-up very quickly on all of this!

If you live in the area I would check out the Kindercare. It's expensive, very expensive but they have a nice facility. And yes you need to be on the list ASAP. One side note, if you or your significant other work for the DoD, you get first priority there, meaning if you get on the list a week after another person and they aren't a government employee, you get placed ahead of them.

Oh, Also I haven't used them or checked them out but there is Cherry Blossoms on Pershing??
