| My husband has high cholesterol and on the verge of needing medication if he doesn’t change his current habits. The food still needs to taste good or he won’t eat it and will resort to unhealthy restaurant takeout. Doctor recommended the Mediterranean diet and husband is onboard. We need recommendations for a meal delivery plan that is specific to the med diet. Appreciate any suggestions! |
