Pinot Grigio vs Chardonnay

Which do you prefer? Why or why not?

Pinot Gris from Oregon. Chardonnay is too oaky for me.

Pinot Grigio by far

After that I would go to a dry rosé

Depends what I’m eating. Pinot Grigio can be too light to stand up to heavier thicker foods. With a light salad, a crisp PG can be wonderful. With a cream sauce over pasta, it gets lost so I’d pick a Chardonnay.

I like unoaked Chardonnay and sauvingnon blanc. I also like a good pinot Grigio, but a lot of the less expensive bottles are kind of tasteless to me.

It doesn't have to be. Many are un-oaked.

+1, although I would choose Sauvignon blanc over either.

Pinot Grigio for me. I can’t stand Chardonnay, even the expensive ones.

Chardonnay is disgusting.

Chardonnay is the best ever. I guzzle that stuff like a fish guzzles whatever a fish guzzles.

I like Pinot Grigio or sav blanc.
I guess I also think Chardonnay is too oaky for me.
