What the heck is cookie butter and why is it so good?

It was a replacement that came in an Instacart order. Just had a crepe filled with cookie butter. I think I love this!

Pretty much. I find it repulsive. Like eating pre-chewed cookies. I feel the same way about cake balls. So gross

I know I have seen Cookie Butter at Trader Joe’s. What are you supposed to do with it? Spread on toast like Nutella?
