Crazy IL food safety

A vent that my IL lack of food safety and food hoarding:

—Means that food is left out over night routinely
—Jelly is not refrigerated
—Food has no sell-by date
—Cans are 8 years old
—Soup is not put in the fridge until it has “cooled down” which takes roughly 18 hrs
—Snacks are often rancid
—I mostly eat cheese or egg sandwiches at their house
—I do a lot of cooking, putting away food, kitchen cleaning at their house
—I make all the thanksgiving foods I like so I know how they were prepared
