PLEASE HELP. I am about to start Prometrium, but I don't have an applicator. Is it ok? How far should I insert it?

I didn’t get an applicator, so I had my husband just push it way up there. Ordered applicators off of Amazon the next day! Good luck!

Can you put it inside top of tampon, then use that to insert?

OP here, what if I don't do it well and it doesn't absorb. I left applicator at home thinking I wouldn't need it and won't have it until Sunday. I am so stupid.

Is it a suppository or cream? If suppository, wash your hand and insert it with one finger as far as your finger goes. I do this 3x a day for 10 weeks now.

I never used an applicator for the suppository.

You’ll be fine. Do it before bed. It will be absorbed. I’ve done plenty of time without an applicator. You’re not stupid.

Or, buy a box of Monistat aisle suppositories. But not prefilled applicator ones. To get applicators
