| OP here -- I love the idea of gougeres -- yum My savory bread is cheese-y, so I might make gougeres without cheese and just top them off with a little chocolate sauce. Also, thanks for the reminder on spiced cider -- I'm on it. We'll also have a pitcher of cranberry sangria Just need to tidy up the dining room and cue up the Charlie Brown Christmas album.
