Hybrid luxury SUV options

I’m looking for a new SUV and want a plug-in hybrid because most of my driving is local, short trips and I could mostly use electric.

What are some options - I’ve seen the Volvo XC90, Range Rover has one, but nothing from BMW or Mercedes? Other options?
