Does (baked) Pecan Pie Need to be Refrigerated?

| Do I need to refrigerate after baking? I think I do, but won’t that make the pie harden a lot? I plan to chill it tonight and then we’re driving it up to NY tomorrow. Just curious if others put their pecan pies in the fridge after baking. |
