How long does the turkey rest?

Trying to figure out how to get everything hot at same time with one oven and one crockpot. How much time do I have between taking turkey out and carving it?

According to Ina Garten:

"Remove from the oven, cover the turkey tightly with aluminum foil, and allow it to rest for 20 to 30 minutes".

Before it’s dead it can rest every night as long as Millie isn’t pecking at it.
