Anyone have a good recipe or cooking method for the bone in breast?

Does it render enough drippings for gravy?

I haven’t tried this yet, but here’s the recipe I’m using. At least according the video, looks like plenty of drippings. She recommends using just the butter drippings, but also includes gravy instructions. I may or may not do the gravy on Thursday. Depends on how much time I have.
