Anyone here who has experienced stimulated IVF at both CCRM and Dominion and able to share plusses and minuses of both clinics? I'm already an established patient at Dominion so I know what to expect from monitoring, communication, and what happens once I get pregnant (I was previously successful off IUI but that's no longer the best option for me). If it matters, I'd be with Dr. Waud at Dominion and Dr. Payson at CCRM.
I had a successful cycle at CCRM. I like Dr. Paulson and found him to be very approachable. I can’t speak for Dominion but I found CCRM to be a breath of fresh air after my factory like experience at Shady Grove.
I had successful ivf pregnancies through both clinics — we basically switched to ccrm to follow Dr Payson as I never really connected with any of the other Dominion doctors (couldn’t stand DiMattina). That being said, I really loved the nurses at Dominion versus I can’t name a single nurse at ccrm (maybe because I went during Covid? Also the nurses at ccrm don’t do your blood draw so interaction is limited). I would say that if you like Waud, then I’d choose based on location and cost and if you have a special situation where you think you might need Dr Payson’s expertise or the ccrm labs.
