Custom cake - need bakery recommendations!

I have never ordered a custom cake before, and am looking for a small cake I can have decorated for someone's milestone birthday. Not looking for a sheet cake; only need to serve 4-5 people. Any suggestions appreciated (NoVa area, bonus points if in Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, etc.)! TIA!

I ordered a cake from Randolphs bakery that we ate last weekend for a birthday and it was a hit. Definitely worth the money.
