Turkey thawed maybe 2-3 days ago, maybe 5 days ago. From frozen. Still safe to cook?
I meant to cook it last Saturday, but discovered our downstairs fridge was actually keeping it frozen. Made the temperature āless coldā and didnāt check the 15 pound Turkey again until last night. Seemed thawed (can press down on flesh). Iād meant it to be a practice Turkey but not quite so close to Thanksgiving. No matter. |
