I'm craving eggs Benedict this morning with a light drizzle of Hollandaise (nothing too goopy), served with crisp asparagus spears or florentined spinach.

Eggs Benedict are easy. Where are you located? Someone here can point you to the nearest EB if you are still craving them tomorrow morning. But the recommendations for NOVA will vary from DC or MD ... So location will help.
Asparagus is harder this time of year. You might be better off bringing your own asparagus to the perfect EB restaurant. I'm sure they won't mind. |
