I am new to the area, can you please recommend a drop-in (flexible schedule) day care for 7 months old , in NW ?

Infant spots are the most highly sought after. You’ll likely have to pay for full-time and then use just the hours you need.

I think that Kindercare (Watergate East) should be doing drop in daycare - not sure about the other Kindercare centers in the area. Our sons went there during COVID when my workplace daycare had closed, and we really liked it. One of my son who goes to public pre-K still goes there on days his school is closed (which happens quite often) - so they are quite flexible.
