First Defense Krav Maga in Herndon.
They periodically put on boot camps for beginners. Krav Maga is great for beginners because there is little formality to the proceedings. Very practical. |

NP—Years ago I tried another KM school and the attitude toward safety in class was a little cavalier. So I am wondering about the atmosphere at KM Herndon, if you have been a student there? |
