What to do with pork cracklings

I rendered lard today and have a bunch of cracklings leftover. I don’t really like them plain and I’m a Yankee cornbread (aka sweet not oily) kind of person so those defaults are our. What else can I do with them? Gravy? Any recipes you like with pork cracklings?

I would season them and eat them as snacks or freeze them. They’re also good as a garnish for vegetables like squash and greens and even salad.

Add garlic salt and make sandwich with hot sauce, cracklings and lemon. Yum!
