| We are trying to get to GUH and the bridge and M street traffic is way way worse than most days this year. (We have regular appts in the afternoon. Was there something special today or is this a return to RTO traffic? |

Weird. I just dropped off a relative at DCA and drove back over the bridge + M Street at 11:40am. It was really chill.
My guess is that there is a VIP traveling nearby, an accident, or roadwork. |
