I want to try this 12 hour roast lamb shoulder recipe. It looks amazing. Any idea where I can buy a lamb shoulder?

Costco only sells lamb shoulder frozen in boxes of ~25-30 lbs. Halal or latin butcher is a good place to find this. |

OP here. Thanks for suggestions, all. Tried local WF on River Rd and they were a bit vague about when they would get lamb shoulder. However, local butcher, Butchers Alley, said they have some which can be cut to size. I'm going to give the recipe a test run tonight as too nervous to leave it till Thanksgiving.
