Question about Oculus Quest

I have an 11 year old daughter and she wants a "freestanding VR system - you know, one that doesn't involve having a phone in a headset". The Oculus Quest seems to fit the bill.

I have to say I'm not against the idea. I like the idea of her moving around some while playing a game. I have questions I hope someone can answer them.


How do you access games/programs? Are they available through an "app store" or are they physical game cartridges?

Is this something I can use as well - I see fitness programs? Can the equipment be shared?


Anything I should be aware of before purchasing?
