Loudoun Press Release:

Loudoun County, Virginia (November 14, 2021) - The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide in the 40800 block of Newton Place in the Barclay Woods community south of Leesburg.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were called to the home shortly after 4:30 a.m. on November 14 for a reported stabbing inside the home. Residents in the area can expect an increased law enforcement presence as the investigation continues. Further details will be released as they become available

The news story updated - Authorities have identified the suspect as Melvin Wasike, a 22-year-old man from Fairfax County. They also identified the homicide victim as Michael Fadely, a 46-year-old Leesburg resident.

I bet it’s drug related. That area is so isolated and there would be no reason to pick that house over hundreds of others in the area with a similar profile.
