When can I buy a used Honda Pilot or 4Runner?

I really need a new car. The one I’m driving isn’t safe but I can’t find any good used SUVs. How long is this shortage predicted to last?

End of 2022 to 2023. There is a lot of pent up demand so even when production ramps up it is going to take awhile to clear up the backlog of people like you waiting to buy a car. The longer you can wait the better.

Have you checked out Carvana? They deliver the car to your house and you have 7 days to try it out. We are on day 5 with a 2020 Subaru Forester and it's seems great so far, we're planning to keep it. All the pictures and information about the car on the site was accurate. We took it to a Subaru dealership the day after it was delivered for a used car inspection just to be on the safe side. I know there are a lot of bad reviews out there but our experience so far has been great.
