Old town - room for birthday party

Looking to rent a room to host friends for drinks & apps for my husbands 40th. Any suggestions of a place in Old Town that won’t break the bank? The rub is it’s December 18th weekend (or the following weekend..).

I did my b day party at evening star private room. More del Ray but it was great

We had a kid’s birthday party at Pop’s ice cream parlor. Easy and a fun vibe but obviously may not be appropriate depending on the level of formality you want.

You used to be able to reserve the back bar at Union Street. Might only be from 4-7pm but that might work for drinks/apps.
