giving blood during 2WW

I always give blood during our office's blood drives. There is one today, but I'm just beginning the 2ww (1st day). Is there a reason not to give? I know you can't give if you *are* pregnant, but can/should you give if you hope to be pregnant but aren't yet? I probably shouldn't chance it, but I hate not to give blood when I'm probably not pregnant anyway.

I definitely would not. You should act as if you are pregnant now. There is plenty of time in the future to give blood.
