looking for a bone in serrano ham

Anonymous
Last year we bought the costco serrano ham kit and loved it. Since I have the board and knife now I would like to buy another for the holidays, but I am unsure where to get one. I may buy another from costco with all the extra stuff just for the good price- any other suggestions on where to buy just a bone in serrano ham?

I must be so tired. I read the title and am thinking: Looking for the bone? Why are you looking for the bone? It's not hard to find the bone...

I’m not sure if your driver is cost or quality, but check out tienda.com. The quality of their Serrano will exceed the one from Costco

I don’t have a suggestion but I have been keeping my eye on that Costco Serrano ham.

Coatco is probably best. You could possibly order one from La Tienda

I would stick with Costco if you liked it. Hams can be hit or miss, and it is very normal in Spain to return a ham to the store if it is not good. (Sometimes the curing process just doesn’t work right.) La Tienda does not have good customer service, so I would not risk it for a 900 dollar ham. Or at least ask about their hams return policy before ordering.

How do you serve the Costco ham? I saw it and was intrigued.

Try calling Butcher’s Alley in Bethesda (or Uptown Market in DC). Same owners, I think.

Same. OP means bone-in. Punctuation matters.
