Our elementary school had about 5 routes in the morning that did not have drivers (one of which was a double-route, where the driver picked up one route, dropped them off and then ran the second route). By the afternoon, they had cut that number down to 3 routes that did not have drivers.
That was one school out of the 77 schools in the system.
That's the only information I have. I do know several families at other HCPSS schools that had transportation problems (about 4 families across the county), but I have no idea how many bus drivers were affecting those schools/routes.
