Hello Fresh shipping?

I’ve ordered HF for the first time, my first delivery expected tomorrow. I just checked to see if it had shipped, and it says “shipping soon” and “ Status Update: Your package has arrived at our local warehouse and is scheduled for delivery on: 2021-11-08”

Are they sort of like Amazon and ship and get delivered the same day? Or will I need to run to the grocery store tonight? Ugh!

It sounds like it is going to deliver tomorrow as expected. But it is unknown what time it will be, especially once the holidays get closer. If you truly have no backup meal in the house, you might need to get something on the way home if it hasn't shown delivered yet. Do you know what time FedEx/UPS usually come?

On a separate note - I know you've already ordered for this time. If it is a topic that matters to you, Hello Fresh has been engaging in Union Busting and has lots of issues with unsafe workplace for their employees that produce the kits:

I have nearly always received my HF delivery on the day I requested, with the one exception due to a major snowstorm.

They usually give an update the morning of with a more precise time. The box is packed with several freezer packs so is ok on your doorstep for awhile if it’s not too hot out.
