Covered outdoor cafe space (ideally DC/Bethesda and Metro-accessible)

Looking for an outdoor space to meet with a friend and don’t want to have the meeting get rained out. Any suggestions?

if you can do lunch, Cafe Oaxaca is walkable from Bethesda Metro, covered yet outdoor, heat lamps, great food

Anybody been to Ceremony (Bethesda Crescent) or JavaNation (Rockville Pike)? Don’t remember whether the former is covered and always wondered if the latter was enclosed enough that it effectively became indoor space from an air circulation standpoint.
