Seville oranges?

Anyone have an idea of where in the DC area (and maybe when is just as important) I might find Seville oranges? I am looking to make orange marmalade and understand Seville oranges make the best. I would need to find them by mid-December.
Alternatively, anyone make grapefruit marmalade and want to opine on how good it is?
