Daycare options in Takoma

Hi everyone. We’re moving within DC to Takoma in December, and are looking for daycare options for our 2 year old and 5 month old. We’ve heard of Mi Palacio and Takoma Park Child Development Center. TPCDC seems to have a long waitlist, so our prospects of starting in January are not great. Do you have any other recommendations? Any leads are welcome. Thanks!

Can you join the Facebook group Takoma Mamas & Families and search old posts? Tons about this on there.

Takoma Montessori, De Colores, TPCDC, Takoma Children’s School, Mi Palacio, many choices! Some with long lists.

If you don't mind a drive, Monarch Preschool, College Park is wonderful. We live in Hyattsville and commute . Not a bad drive.
