I’ve been to Charleston twice and it is really overrated. For that money you could eat much better. Service is lovely but the food is just so so.
Baltimore has lots of super interesting restaurants but nothing truly earthshaking. If pushed I’d go with Bygone in the Four Seasons. It is elegant, ridiculously delicious and a celebratory place with a great view. |
