Twinbrook Elementary School

I'm looking for feedback on Twinbrook Elementary School in Rockville. Twinbrook is currently our neighborhood school, but we are considering relocating within Rockville sometime in the next couple of years (DD is 2.5) Thanks for any thoughts.

I'm curious too--that is our home school, but it looks like it is ranked toward the bottom of Montgomery County Public Schools--I am hoping that our DD will be able to utilize the magnet programs in the county. Hoping others post feedback on Twinbrook though.

I'm following with interest as well. We're househunting in both the Twinbrook and Meadow Hall areas (DS is still young-19 mos). Any feedback appreciated, as I have tried to contact members of the Twinbrook PTA with no success.

Also, if you search for Twinbrook on the Gifted and Talented Association of Montgomery County's yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GTAletters/), there are suggestions that it doesn't serve gifted children well, if your child happens to fit that category.
