ISO recipe for Super easy fluffy yeast dinner rolls

Hoping to graduate from frozen Parker house rolls. I failed sourdough baking so I need the easiest recipe you can offer.

This one is super easy and foolproof. Bonus, it is the same basic dough recipe for cinnamon rolls. It makes a TON. Use half for dinner rolls and save the other half to roll out, slather with butter, cinnamon, sugar, and cut into cinnamon rolls on Christmas.

Warning, not for health conscious.

Admittedly I haven't made these yet, but DH and I watched the Chef John video a couple days ago and these look easy (and scrumptious): https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/8296140/butterhorn-dinner-rolls/

We *have* made these and they are easy and so, so good if you're looking for a sweet roll: https://www.lilvienna.com/buchteln-sweet-austrian-yeast-buns/
