14m old goes to bed around 6:30-7 and takes one nap around 12, 1.5-2.5 hours. Used to sleep 11.5-12 hours at night, but lately she has been sleeping longer in the morning, sometimes till 8 or later. Those days usually have shorter naps.
Do I need to cap night sleep, or should I let her go? Would it be better to have a consistent wake time and a longer nap? |
| She’s probably in a growth spurt. Let her sleep. |
| Growth spurt. Let the kid sleep (not that I could pry mine awake at that age anyway). |
| Might change at daylight savings in a couple weeks. |
| enjoy it. |
+1000. Amazing. |
Sammmmmeeee. Enjoy. |
| She’s likely waking at 6:30 and putting herself back to sleep. That’s what my toddlers do. I see it on their video cameras. |
| That sounds amazing |
| If she's not cranky and it's not ruining the family schedule do whatever is easiest for you. |
