Cabergoline and OHSS

I am going for egg freezing and maybe in danger of OHSS. I am prescribed Cabergoline.

For those who went through similar issues, did Cabergoline have any side effects? Bowel movement? Mental heath symptoms etc?

Also, at what point after egg freezing did OHSS kick in?

My OHSS kicked in after about two days. It’s not sudden - it builds. You start feeling bloated and then worse and worse. I couldn’t breathe and had 11 lbs of fluid - infected - in my belly. My Dominion Fertility doctor didn’t believe me until I was in the ER. Then she drained me without any numbing. Be extremely cautious and get checked if you start feeling unwell. It was awful.
