What's up with these constant fires? If I was on this school board or a state representative in this area, I would pack my bags and never return. They even have their own political platform - StandUpVirginia

Yes, they did. I'm curious if the Loudoun County Administrator will have a press conference to address this. It's a political issue and its only going to get worse as the county board proceeded to lie about it for six months. Constituents and taxpayers are furious.

A county isn’t “great” just because it’s reason for existence is to allow you to move out there to afford McMansions since you can’t do it inside the beltway.

The tranny stuff has gone too far but loudon people are cringe with county pride.

So that’s how it works? Outside interests persuade malleable parents— among others — to create an environment so noxious that the school board members resign. Conveniently enough, this brouhaha gets widespread media attention right before an election. They get free publicity, politicize an entity that used to be neutral, and rile up their MAGA-fied base in an election year that otherwise might get minimal turnout.

The founding fathers must be proud. The oligarchs must be delighted. Even Putin is probably thrilled. What a return for their investment!

You do realize all of this could only happen because said of school board and their dereliction of duty. This one incident is the last straw in a long line of issues with this SB. If they did the right thing, nonstory, and none of what you mentioned happens. So, instead of blaming the school board for creating such a mess, you blame those that make political hay out of it. I'm sure you would have the same concerns if the parties involved were reversed
